The apartment is on the first floor of a mansion having three. Three interconnecting rooms, spacious and bright, decorated with passion and attention to detail.
I come from a small village located south of Belgium. I sat in Liège because of love of ... my husband ;-) We have two children aged 6 and 2 years . I work full time. We live in the house adjoining apartment where the hotel is located. This proximity allows to be available for our guests if they wish, but most often, we remain discreet. The decor is not my profession but a passion. I thought the decor of the apartment, and I am also advised by a friend of interior designer. Thank you to my friend Justine :-) , my brother Jerome and our architect friend Pierre.
The street where the house is located is very quiet, perfectly situated between the Meuse and the marina, pleasant place to walk, and the Parc d'Avroy. It is a small lung in the heart of the city. Close to nature, I wanted to recreate a place where it is nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing or business. The bedroom is at the back for added comfort. A terrace allows to take a breath of fresh air, listen to the birds that live here. Ideally located, 15 minutes walk from the Guillemins station and 10 minutes walk from downtown and 5 minutes from the Convention Centre.
