Property information

Formerly a place of inspiration for the famous painter Yvonne Tellier, this pretty villa inspired by the Tyrolean chalets will offer you, through its large bay windows and balconies, a view of the Semois valley. You will be flooded with the natural luminosity offered by the breakthrough of the sun's rays. This residence aims to offer the ability to comfortably accommodate your family and friends while maintaining enough space allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. Several entertainment areas have been thought out: a reading area, a bar area, a cinema area. An imposing, but certainly no less comfortable sofa will allow you to gather all your guests around the corner of the Tuli Kivi while enjoying a fully equipped open kitchen for the preparation of your refined dishes. The house has air conditioning and 4 rooms arranged by theme, the pink room called the Cartland suite, the room of the Lion watching over the sunset, the room of the golden parrot, as well as the room of the wolves. A shower room and a bathroom are also available. The large garden with several south-facing terraces has an Ofyr (plancha or barbecue) and will undoubtedly be one of your favorite places to enjoy your summer evenings. Flanked in the center of the village, the villa is located a few meters from a local shop and the Semois.
