Half-way between the picturesque town of Theux and spa town of Spa, this comfortable 4-bedroom holiday home awaits you for a weekend, a week, or more. It has a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. The holiday home is perfect for a large family of 9 people or 2 smaller families. Children can have fun on a large trampoline and the whole family can enjoy a petanque court._x000D_ _x000D_ The owners have a small restaurant on the road. This will not cause any inconvenience and you can have local meals there. Supermarkets are 2 km away. For an evening stroll, the town center is 4 km. You can plan day trips to Spa, Malmedy, and Stavelot._x000D_ _x000D_ The ground floor holiday home has a large living room where you can eat and relax in the corner by the stove. You can spend leisure hours playing a match of billiards with your loved ones. There's a stream running at the bottom of the garden and at the back there are woods, to experience true nature. On request, you get a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is provided. A security deposit of EUR 90,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
