We love to meet people that want to visit our city. Me and my husband speak a lot of languages and I am very helpful during your stay. We speak Spanish, English, Dutch, French and Portuguese. Have a look, it is a very nice apartment too but for maximum 2 adults. (extra sofabed for kids). We like to attract quiet people , to respect our neighbors quiet time after 10 PM. We don't allow parties.

Property information

Very quiet en and big apartment. Our apartment is not a party venue – please respect the peace of the neighbours and the house rules. Nice furniture and a good bed. Coffee and Tea is available. Non-residents can still pay to park (max 3 hours) in our the street unlike in the old town. In the old town, only residents are allowed to park on the street. There is also underground parking (Q-Park Kooldok), 2 minutes walking distance ( in Park South). Apartment is within walking distance of a trendy neighborhood with nice bars and restaurants. Apartment is also accessible to visit other cities nearby because you are quickly on the highway. Antwerp South train station is 20 min walking distance. We also have another apartment, Royal South 1. Have a look, it is a very nice apartment too but for maximum 2 adults. (extra sofabed rather for kids).

Neighbourhood information

The beautiful and trendy South with restaurants and bars is a very nice neighborhood. Really close to the beautiful Schelde ( water canal ) where you can take a nice walk to the old town and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Near the apartment you have the museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp and the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. You can walk from the apartment through the Kloosterstraat towards the old city which is known for antiques, retro and vintage shops and art galleries. The apartment is in een quiet street but super close to the marnix place and Volkstraat where you have a lot of restaurants and bars. From the apartment you are in 2 minutes in the Nationale Street where you have al lot of nice shops.
