My name is Svetla. I was born and raised in Sofia, but spent most of my winters on the slopes in Bansko. I enjoy skiing, traveling, cooking, reading, and meeting new people. I enjoy hosting because it's a great way to meet new people, learn new things, and share things I like. If you'd like, I can e-mail you a list of restaurants, tour agencies, spas, gyms, outdoor activities and more. I'm here to answer questions about my flat and Bansko before and during your stay!

Property information

I hope you will feel at home in my flat. As a skier, I bought it for the location which is directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Bansko's gondola. There is an electric car charger for an additional fee. I installed a new kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher in 2018. For those that like comfort food while warming up by the fireplace, there is a fondue pot and raclette grill. There is also a BBQ grill on the kitchen balcony (charcoal and firewood not included). On the ground floor you can rent and store skis and arrange ski lessons - my guests get a discount. :) Bansko is not only a winter resort, there is plenty to do all year. Summer Bansko, located one building away, can help you with outdoor activities and cultural tourism year round. We welcome dogs if agreed in advance. We use this flat as our vacation home and our dogs accompany us. This flat is not for you if you have dog allergies or and aversion to dogs. Despite the professional cleaning between guests, dog hair may still remain.

Neighbourhood information

Basnko is an all season resort - with an accent on the winter season. :) During ski season, you couldn't choose a better location with the gondola just across the street. Victoria restaurant is 20m to the left and there is a ski rental/ski lessons shop next to my entrance. A number of high end restaurants, spas, fast food venues, skip shops and much more are only minutes away (you will see my locals guide after you book my flat). During the summer, you can hire bikes or ATVs or book excursions in the next building or just pop across the street and venture off on a hike in the mountains.
