Corner Smart Apartment overlooking swimming pools & sunset, and Marassi sightings equipped with custom-made furniture, modern entertainment, and smart home systems. It Is also a 3-minute drive to the beach and close to Marassi Aqua Zoo and reel cinemas.
Please note that the apartment is in a residential building. The residential building contains modern common areas shared by the residents (suitable for family living and quiet rejuvenating time). Therefore, it is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages or engage in immoral activities in it. It is also not allowed to smoke inside the apartment except in the balcony when the door is closed.
