This studio apartment stands out for its privileged location in the heart of La Paz, specifically on the corner of 20 de Octubre Avenue and Aspiazu Street — an area known for its vibrancy and accessibility. Living here means being just steps away from a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and markets where you can enjoy both local and international cuisine. It also offers proximity to numerous tourist attractions, cultural sites, and entertainment venues, making every day a new experience. The surrounding area makes daily life easier too, with nearby offices and services allowing for errands and official matters to be handled quickly and without hassle. On top of all that, the apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped, designed to offer both comfort and practicality from the very beginning, with the added benefit of maintaining a warm and cozy atmosphere — perfect for resting and feeling at home all year round.
I’m Adriana Salgueiro, an engineer by profession, and I decided to take the leap and share my rental apartments with the goal of offering a different kind of experience — one where guests not only enjoy a comfortable, well-located space, but also the warm hospitality that Bolivians are known for. I speak both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate with all kinds of visitors and make their stay smoother. Additionally, if needed, I can provide support and recommendations on both tourism and gastronomy, helping guests discover the city’s hidden gems and its diverse culinary scene. For me, every guest is an opportunity to showcase the kindness and warmth that are part of our culture, making sure they feel at home from the very first moment. My goal is not just to provide accommodation, but to offer a unique service where human warmth is present in every detail.
