Embrace simplicity in this peaceful well-located place. Perfect retreat in São Lourenço, offering ideal balance between tourism and remote work. With internet (450Mb), air cooling, a Nespresso and an incredible view. Conveniently located near the boardwalk, just 650 meters from Parque das Águas, and close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and the best restaurants! Includes one free valet parking. It is a new building and offers play, swimming pool, sauna, gym, and 24-hour front desk. Excellent location!
I love cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family! Running and playing soccer with my son are my favorite sports! I hope you enjoy staying in a modern apartment in this bucolic and peaceful city, full of life and activities that will make you come back for more! Count on me for whatever you need!
The neighborhood is very quiet, close to bakeries, restaurants and a large supermarket! Very close to the boardwalk and the Parque das Águas (park that has special waters and some are medicinal).
