My accommodation is in the best neighborhood of the city, and it is close to the most beautiful beaches. It is a very large and ventilated apartment, quiet, very safe since it has a concierge, and guests have access to all the common parts of the house, such as bathroom, kitchen, living room, etc...
We have a lot of experience renting bedrooms in our apartment for other applications and to be honest, it has been an extraordinary experience, the feedback from our guests has been extremely positive which makes me very happy and makes me continue doing this job that I love, once the exchange of cultures, and meeting new people is always a unique and beautiful experience.
The neighborhood is simply the best in the city, having an HDI comparable to countries like Norway. There is no better location possible. It is close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping malls, downtown and many other attractions. It has bus stops in front of the department and the truth is that getting around the city is very easy since the department has a phenomenal location, security and quality of life are also very high. You will enjoy a good trip and stay a long time, I guarantee! :))
