Island Breeze Villa is a brand new 3-story custom beachfront estate with a huge rooftop living space and pool with scenic views of the Caribbean Sea and Placencia Village. The villa has 4 bedrooms w/ private ensuite bathrooms and a 5th bedroom with bunk beds. There are 3 half baths - one on each floor. This unique property is located on Placencia Caye, which is just a few hundred yards from the center of Placencia Village, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and amazing Maya Mountains views!
