It has a split-unit air-conditioner, overhead fan, flat-screen tv, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, cabinet with tableware, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 queen beds, chest of drawers with mirror, closet with clothes hangers, private bath, purified water, opens to the garden, and has access to our 40'x16' infinity pool with overwater deck.
