This is a basement suite that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, steam shower with private entrance in Vancouver’s prestigious West Side. The living room has doors that can be closed to become a private room and is equipped with a king-size sofa bed. There is also a designated sitting area in the backyard for guests to enjoy. Just 10 minutes from YVR, 15 minutes to downtown, and 25 minutes to UBC. Walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, and banks. Golf courses 10mins away. Enjoy in-suite laundry and WiFi. Perfect for a relaxing or convenient Vancouver stay.
