Quiet, comfortable charming and convenient home in a walkable neighbourhood with a high density of character homes and beautiful tree lined streets. 1100 sq ft of recent updates in 3 bedroom space. The house is located in beautiful Kitsilano which is close to Downtown and Central Broadway and UBC with an abundance of shops and restaurants. One block from Arbutus Greenway. Renovated i2017. Comes as shown in video : https : / / youtu . be / mTKe3xqeMoY :remove extra " " and paste as browser url Other details to note: It's the main floor of s 2 level duplex. Owners upstairs. The washer dryer is shared in the backyard. The main floor has the main entrance to the house (side) and upstairs has outside stairs in the back. The house is small and nestled amongst some character homes (It's a Van special circa 1960's), but it's largest advantage is that it's a lot of recently updated ergonomic space (1100 sq ft) in the best location and all on the main level with it's own front yard space that has it's separate entrance (it's the entire main floor) and early 2026 the Arbutus skytrain station will complete.
