Centrally located, pet friendly, comfortable home away from home! Completely remodeled spacious 2 bedroom suite. Mobility accessible. Visit parks, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, shopping and museum all within few minutes drive! Calgary downtown less than 7km, and Calgary airport only 12km away. Two bedroom unit with one double bed and one queen bed in the bedrooms, full kitchen, full bathroom, living area with a comfy sofa, in-suite laundry and shared back patio with fire pit and bbq. Note: This is a renovated older building so no built in AC and no portable AC, however portable fans are provided for guests' comfort.

Immediate neighbourhood areas include; North Haven, Highwood, Greenview and Ambrian Heights. These boast of groceries and liquor stores, restaurants, cafes, gas station, health and fitness, parks, library, bar, mall, movie theatre and medical care,pharmacy all within less than 5km!
