Our B&B has perfectly located on a quiet tree-lined street just a 5-minute walk from the Falls viewing area. With our incredible location, our turn-of-the-century home not only offers you comfortable accommodations at reasonable prices (free parking, and WiFi are included) but also gives you easy access to the beautiful scenery of the Niagara River and Falls. Our Guests appreciate the peacefulness of their stay as well as the convenience. Leave your car and take a five minutes stroll to the beginning of the Falls, Hornblower Niagara Cruises boat tours, the Rainbow Bridge, Casino Niagara, Clifton Hill, as well as many nearby restaurants and attractions. All rooms in the bed and breakfast are fitted with a 32" LED TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom has a bath or shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. At our B&B, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can make use of a shared lounge. Hiking is among the activities that guests can enjoy near the accommodation. Horseshoe Falls is 1.8 km from the house, while Journey By the Falls. IMPORTANT: We are sorry for the temporarily suspended breakfast service from 1st November 2022 to 31st May 2023 and available from 1st June 2023. Available during Christmas and New Year.
As your hosts at Ambiance by the Falls B&B, we provide the warmth and hospitality you would enjoy from a Bed and Breakfast. We understand the stresses and joys that travelling brings, having travelled ourselves. If you are a first-time visitor to Niagara Falls and you think that an afternoon will be sufficient to see everything. Well, absolutely not! We recommend that you stay 2 to 3 days to do justice to your visit.
The B&B is located on a quiet residential street, within an easy walk just minutes from the tourist area and Falls viewing to enjoy all there is to see and do. Looking for a place for dinner? There is also some nice dining a short walk from the B&B which is just outside of the tourist area, which many guests prefer, as it is where many locals also dine. Besides the Falls area, another "must do" if time allows, is taking time to enjoy the very scenic approx. 14-mile drive north on the Niagara Parkway, following along the Niagara River Gorge, to the region and 'Old Town' of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Lots of historical points of interest along the route, many wineries (which offer tastings and tours) and orchards as well. The town itself has a very quaint "Old British" feel to it. Lots of flowers everywhere, lovely boutique-type shops (perfect for window shopping) and nice restaurants. It's a favourite relaxing drive there and walks around the town for many area residents and visitors alike.
