Welcome to your home away from home! You will love this centrally located cozy basement suite in south Lethbridge! Beautiful Henderson Lake is only minutes walk away. Henderson pool, Lethbridge Tennis Club, Spitz stadium, Henderson Lake ice arena are a 2 minute walk from the suite. In the suite, you will enjoy a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. Relax and enjoy the private patio with 6 burner BBQ or curl up in front of the fireplace for a movie night with Netflix, Prime or Tubi.
Hello, me and my wife love making people welcome and ensuring they have a wonderful stay. I have lived in Southern Alberta most of my life and I enjoy running in my spare time, hiking and going for walks with my wife.
This is an older but upscale neighborhood. People are friendly and you will see many going for a walk with their dogs. You're close to everything here. The west side is just 5-10 minutes away (depending on traffic), and the new Agri-Food Hub at Exhibition Park is only a 3-minute drive. Within 10 minutes, you'll find a wide range of dining options—from quick bites to upscale spots like The Keg.
