A home away from home! Newly built cozy bedrooms basement with private entrance that comes with a smart keypad lock. It's located on a quiet residential street just 3mins from the University of Manitoba, 2mins from the shopping complex, 21mins from the airport, and 20mins from downtown. This fabulous basement suite has queen beds in the room, a shared washer, and dryer, a beautiful kitchen, and a fantastic spacious living area common space with smart TV with Netflix. Parking space on street. Only the living-room and washroom are shared spaces.
