Enjoy all the amenities of home at this downtown studio apartment. New stainless steel appliances, in suite washer and dryer, air conditioning and a Keurig coffee maker. Walking distance to the Avenir Center, downtown Moncton, restaurants and a grocery store. For those that would like to stay longer we offer a 35% discount on monthly rentals.

Located on a quiet street. It is a 10 minute walk to the Avenir Centre. There are many good restaurants within walking distance as well as a large grocery store. There is complimentary parking area. Also, public transportation is just around the corner from the apartment
