Our Modern high ceiling walkout basement unit promises a comfortable stay for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. Beautiful backyard oasis, just 45 minutes away from GTA. Separate entrance with total privacy and no shared space. Pool table and a Sauna are also available. There is one on-site parking.
Lake Simcoe, Innisfil sandy beach, Outlet Mall / Local Casino/ Winery and Friday Harbor is just within 10min drive, and all the conveniences you need are nearby.
Space offers a perfect place to huddle up while watching a movie or playing board games with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped to offer everything you need for your comfortable stay. The walkout basement unit has 1 bedroom with queen bed and another queen bed in the living space with a blind drape for seperation and one full bathroom.
The unit offers multiple areas to gather including an outdoor interlock patio/dining area to relaxing with your loved ones.
