Welcome to one of Kelowna's most unique properties, situated by the creek and surrounded by the best that the city has to offer. Our fully furnished home features 3 units - 1 - Home with two cozy queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub, and a full kitchen with laundry, 1 - Suite with 2 bedrooms - 1 queen and 1 double, 1 full bathroom with a tub, 1 full kitchen, access to the laundry room, 1 parking space; and a 1 - Luxurious third master bedroom with a queen bed, kitchenette, full-size fridge, and private full bathroom. All 3 units have their private entrance, access to the laundry room and 1 parking space. The serene view of the creek with its lively inhabitants, including ducks, beavers, deer, hares, squirrels, and a variety of birds.
