Luxury unit with separate entrance, TWO QUEEN BEDS. just 4 minutes from conestega, Toyota, hyw 401. groceries and shopping stores are just 7 minutes away . all this with Laundry, two bedrooms with office, one bathroom, one kitchen, livingroom. -high European kitchen with custom island -beautifull standing shower with 55" shower panel dual shower head and massage -amazing living room with 55" TV very quite neighborhood.. -coffee station

very nice and quiet neighborhood. the bus is 4 minutes from my place. locatin preston area, we are just 8 minutes from downtown Cambridge, 12 from kitchner and whaterloo, conestega, college is just 4 minutes from my place. just minutes away from hwy 401
