Welcome to Calgary! This is a 2 story (3 floors) single family house in a very safe and quiet residents community in NorthWest Calgary. We live here in upper 2 floors. This private 2 bedrooms suite located in the lower fully developed level with 2 huge windows facing NorthWest, it has an independent private separated entrance at the back of the house, the entire floor {2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 big living room with a small kitchenette and dining area} will be yours! The huge private bathroom with walk-in shower, also a large living area for you to relax and a kitchenette area (NOT full kitchen - without big stove) for you to prepare some sample meals. You can find mountains and nature views here and outside of the house nearby, this is a very beautiful and private place for your group. Check in time: after 3:00 pm (self check-in available). please keep quiet after 10:30pm; Check out: by 12:00 pm at noon ** Please book for all guests coming with you (mix 4), No pets, visitors or unbooked guests allowed here. Don't bring oversized things and dangerous goods into the suite. ** No smoking, no party or any event, no drugs, alcohol or marijuana or any illegal events here. * laundry room: shared with host on the upstairs main floor near the door where you come up , may only available 6:00pm-9:00pm strictly during weekday (weekend more flexible) as per request in at least half day advance. Free to use only if you stay 2 more nights. Otherwise, 10 dollars per load.

We have lived here in Calgary for more than 15 years. We welcome guests from all over the world! We work full time and love travel and fishing . We are clean, quiet and respectful, also don't have smoker and pet at home. We will respect your private, but will be available when you need us. We speak English and Chinese Mandarin. This is a safe, quiet and relatively new community in the Northwest Calgary, very quick access to Highway 1 to National Parks, mountains and ski resorts; about 25 minutes drive to Downtown and Airport. Playground and the Calgary newest and largest recreation centre ( Shane Home YMCA) nearby. A few minute walk to bus station and CO-OP grocery store and gas station. The home is also located minutes driving from Royal Oak Centre and Crowfoot Crossing centre with access to many stores, Starbucks & Tim Hortons, Banks and restaurants, movie theatre.
