Welcome to our home! This is a beautiful newly renovated room on the ground floor with a private bathroom. A spacious and bright place with tons of natural light! Great location: 15’ from Pearson Airport, 12’ to Square One, 8’ to Sherway Gardens shopping mall, close to parks, markets, large shopping plazas, major highways to downtown Toronto, 5’ to Dixie Mall and Dixie Go, 5’ to Applewood Village Plaza, 6’ to Chinese 888 market, 60 mins to Niagara Falls. It is fully equipped for both long and short-term stays.
We love socializing with our guests. We are just a text, call away... I’m available 24/7 to our guests. I love to share my experience with others. Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any questions.
We live in a mature, quiet neighborhood with walking distance to parks, trails, plazas, and bus stops. - Applewood Village Plaza is within walking distance (20 mins) where you can find everything: LONGO, LCBO, Restaurants, and Bars, Starbuck, Shopper Drug Mart, Dollarama, Home Hardware… - 10 mins walk to nearby nice and calm Westacres Park with swimming pool, tennis court, basketball fields. - Dixie Outlet Mall is 5 mins drive from our home where you can find over 135 outlet shops of well-known clothiers and houseware brands in a sprawling, enclosed complex. No Frills, Winners, Treasure Hunt are also here. - 6 mins to the Chinese 888 groceries market where you can buy good quality produce at a reasonable price and try a variety of Asian restaurants. - 8 mins to Sherway Gardens shopping mall where you can go shopping, eating, spending whole day long with lots of shops and restaurants.
