PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Private cozy 1-bedroom basement apartment on a quiet residential street is for 1-2 person(s) only (no visitors please); - No kitchen; - No laundry; - No Alcohol or drugs; - No parties. -No pets. - No smoking! You will have 100% privacy and your own key to get in and out of the residence. Look at my pictures they speak for themselves. It's quite an old house, but everything works properly and it has its atmosphere. My place is good for tourists and business travelers. Dear guest, look around the accommodation on the check-in day to see if it meets your expectations. Let us know about your experience on the SAME DAY using the messenger on the Booking website. Complaints about cleanliness or lack of appliances or (furniture, bed linen, towels, etc.) AFTER the check-in date WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
