The Biron family owns and operates the Royal Dalhousie building. The vision has been to turn this warehouse space into 8 luxury condos since 2011. This is a family business, so we like to make sure our clients feel welcomed and at home when they arrive at the Royal Dalhousie. We have been living in Old Quebec City for many years, and love sharing our beautiful home with visitors from all around the world. The Royal Dalhousie, a 4-star accommodation, consists of 8 luxury condos in the heart of Old Quebec City. All of the condos offer a breathtaking view of a park overlooking the St. Lawrence River, seen through 8-foot high windows. Each condo also boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors and exposed ceiling beams, which accentuate the rich history of these newly renovated condos. The Royal Dalhousie is a family-owned, family-run business, and we pride ourselves in offering a unique experience for travellers from all around the world. Our condos vary from 2000 to 3000 square feet, therefore offering you a large beautiful living space in the center of Old Quebec, where you can live communally with all of your family and friends. Moreover, the Royal Dalhousie is only a few minutes’ walk from all the most popular attractions in Old Quebec including the Chateau Frontenac, the Petit Champlain neighbourhood, the Notre Dame Basilica, Saint Jean Street, the Parliament, and of course, the Saint-Lawrence River. Neighbourhood information

The Royal Dalhousie is located in the heart of Place Royale. It is from this location that Samuel de Champlain constructed the first habitation; a farm and a shed. The location was named after Louis XIV and is one of the last remaining relics of 17th & 18th century buildings in North America. All eight condos in the Royal Dalhousie offer breathtaking views of a park overlooking the St. Lawrence River, seen through 8-foot high windows. If you walk outside, you can go left towards the river, or walk right into the heart of beautiful Old Quebec. The Royal Dalhousie is located only a few minutes walk from all the most popular locations in Old Quebec including the Chateau Frontenac, the Petit Champlain neighbourhood, the Notre Dame Basilica, Saint Jean Street, the Parliament, and of course, the Saint-Lawrence River.
