Welcome to the Bear Cave! Our humble hideout is now available to be rented on Little Kennisis Lake in Haliburton with stunning views from the great room. Beautiful 4 bedroom plus 2 newer cottage with over 2600 sq feet of space to enjoy. Spectacular elevated views of the Lake from multiple decks. Take a dip on the pristine waters of Little Kennisis Lake or take in the scenery on a canoe, kayak or stand up paddleboard. For rainy days, play ping pong or let the kids enjoy the kids corner. Dysart et al has issued a STR Licence for this property. STR-24-00020
Ever since I was invited to my friend's cottage in my last year of high school, I have always wanted to own a cottage. I loved enjoying nature with friends, jumping off cliffs, swimming freely in a lake, fishing and just looking at a sky full of stars. 20 years later, I now have a cottage and want to share the experience with my family, friends and guests. I hope everyone falls in love with the same je ne sai quoi about cottage life. We are available via text for any questions or requests. For any emergencies, please give us a call.
Little Kennisis Lake in the Haliburton Highlands is part of the Canadian Shield. The roads in and out are maintained by the municipality year round and as such the roads are in good condition. Keep your cameras handy as deer and moose are known to meander on the sides of the road. Parking is available for 5 cars.
