Private Resort-Oasis with SAUNA, JACUZZI & SPA. Flat Landscaped Grounds Situated on 20 Acres of Wooded Lands which are a part of the Nottawasaga Conservation Area. This property is just minutes away from Lake Simcoe, a Sky Diving Facility, an Aerodrome, the Tangerine Mall Shopping Area, Local Farms, Golfing, Marinas, and more. The space is a unique private property where you will be able to enjoy being free from neighbours and noise. It is an opportunity to completely escape from reality. It's a great space for Retreats and Meditation Treatments. ENJOY Nature & Have a Peace of Mind :) Guests are allowed access to the entire property except for the Green House, Outside Covered Storage, Basement and Service area. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: Sauna-spa and Jacuzzi are a FOOD and DRINK free zone, they MUST be kept outside of these facilities.
