Property information

Very nice flat in the city center ! The lake is just around the corner, the tram station Höschgasse is 100 m away, grocery shops, restaurants and bars are in walking distance. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathrooms with bath tub and a very nice living room with balcony facing a courtyard.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is in a very good part of Zurich (Opera House, Bellevue) and so close to the city centre and the lakeside. You have various restaurants and bars nearby and plenty of shops; shops ranging from normal supermarkets to small / special boutiques.
