At Rustico di Gandria you will have an unforgettable experience of simplicity, romance and magic. Lose yourself in the picturesque streets of the village and be surprised by the surrounding panorama; poetic and suggestive. Its excellent location makes it possible to enjoy fantastic walks, relax on the shores of Lake Lugano, walk along the famous Sentiero degli Ulivi (olive tree path), and reach the sought-after and eclectic city of Lugano. The flat is located in the pedestrian precinct of Lugano's Gandria district. Gandria is a small fishing village overlooking the lake. To reach the flat once you have parked your car at the communal car park (12 francs per day or 40 francs for a week) you will have to walk 5/7 minutes along the lakeshore before arriving at the flat. The flat consists of 2.5 rooms, a master bedroom with balcony, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, an open-plan kitchen-living room and a bathroom with tub. The laundry room is located downstairs and works with the use of 20 cts francs. Choose this magical accommodation for a carefree and worry-free holiday.

Gandria is a hamlet of the municipality of Lugano, located on the shores of Lake Lugano, in Canton Ticino in Switzerland. Gandria is one of the most famous tourist resorts in Ticino for its scenic beauty and history. The historic centre of Gandria is characterised by stone houses, arcades, old shops and restaurants overlooking the lake. The town is also famous for its panoramic footpath (Sentiero degli olivi), which offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Gandria has long been famous for its preference for walking and cycling. Its centre can only be reached in this way or by the special shuttle bus - from Lugano centre, bus 490, to Gandria Strada (8 stops, 13 minutes) -from Lugano train station, bus number 4 or number 2 to the Lugano centro stop, then bus 490 to Gandria For those coming by car, there are pay car parks just above the village of Gandria (from these car parks the flat is a 5-minute walk away).
