Apartment on the lower floor of the house with private access made available to guests. The flat comprises 2 bedrooms, a very spacious and bright living room with direct access to the garden, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Perfect for families!
The house is situated in the countryside in Verscio, in a very quiet area. Verscio is 5 minutes by car from Cavigliano and Tegna, 10 minutes from Intragna and 15 minutes from Locarno/Ascona/Losone. From the flat you can reach the river of Verscio in 5 minutes on foot. Here you will find several places and several small beaches to enjoy the sun and the tranquility given by the river. Moving in the other direction you can reach the Verscio station in 5 minutes on foot and the square in 10 minutes. In the square you can find a pizzeria, a grotto, a very good pastry/bakery and the Post Office. The Coop supermarket is a 2-minute walk from the square. For mountain lovers, thanks to the strategic position, from the house you can easily reach the Ticino valleys (by car, bicycle and/or by public transport): - Valle Maggia - Centovalli - Val Onsernone
