Property information

The 3.5-room Apartment Panoramablick, with 129 m², is located in Flims Dorf on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house. It features one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower with rain shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. From this room, a pull-out ladder leads to a gallery loft room of approx. 10 m². This area, furnished with a cozy sofa and TV, can also be used as a playroom but is only recommended for older children and/or adults due to the ladder access. An additional bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer is also available. The living room, with its adjoining south-east-facing balcony, invites you to spend cozy evenings and impresses with its high ceilings and panoramic windows, offering wonderful views of the surrounding nature. A fireplace is available for use. Please note that firewood is not provided and must be arranged by guests. The adjacent dining area and open kitchen, equipped with stove, oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine, complete the feel-good experience. A shared ski and bicycle room is available in the basement. One underground parking space, Wi-Fi, and utilities (heating, electricity, water) are included. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, as well as all taxes and VAT are also covered in the total price. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a quiet yet well-connected residential area, just a short distance from restaurants and shops. The shuttle bus with connections to the Flims cable cars or to Bargis, as well as the Postbus station, is only 130 m away and easily reachable on foot.
