Property information
A modern 3.5 room new build apartment with one free indoor parking space in the idyllic village of Wilderswil. The bus stop is right outside the entry door. Train station, restaurants as well as shopping facilities are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Likewise, the world-famous hiking and skiing region in the Berner Oberland can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The bright new apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200cm), a bathroom with toilet, sink and floor-level shower, a spacious kitchen with open dining and living area with sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and TV, a reduit with its own washing machine and tumbler. There is only one indoor parking space (2.9 m x 5.0 m, max. height 2m) available (free of charge). We have no other parking possibility.
The 3.5 room apartment is located in an apartment building on the first floor. The building has a wheelchair accessible elevator. Also in the apartment building is a small bistro.
