This cozy apartment is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Rhine river, which you can view directly from the balcony or through the glass wall from the spacious living room. The place is fully equipped with everything you need. Stay in this unique gem in the German enclave Büsingen, 300m from the Swiss border and from the river. Enjoy the idyll of our natural environment swimming, stand up paddling, kayaking, walking, hiking, cycling, driving or explore nearby Schaffhausen and the Rhine Falls. Enjoy your stay in my sunny apartment with a beautiful river view from the southward balcony or from the large sofa in the spacious living room. The sofa can be extended and transformed into a bed (approx. 135cm x 220cm). The apartment has all the essentials: a small kitchen with a stove, a fridge + freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a water kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster as well as cabinets with cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, as well as a dining table for two people. You will find a shower down the corridor in the bathroom and a comfy double bed (140cm x 200cm) with a big wardrobe in the bedroom. Bed sheets, pillows and towels are included. Both the living room and the bedroom have big windows and curtains as well as blinds for complete darkness during sleep. You may use the shared drying room for your laundry downstairs. There is a shared garden which can be used for picnic or relaxation together with other tenants. If you walk 5 minutes, you can reach various small secluded beaches under the trees. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or outside.

It is ideal if you are into kayaking, stand-up paddling, swimming, biking or simply strolling or chilling in a quiet, beautiful place. There are plenty of sights in the vicinity, such as the Munot castle, Schaffhausen old town as well as the Rheinfall (Rhine Falls), Europe's greatest waterfall. I you arrive by car, private parking is available on the premises free of charge. This place is also conveniently served by German and Swiss busses with their bus stops just a block away. So you don't need a car to get around. But you can also simply enjoy a scenic walk along the river promenade upstream or downstream and reach Büsingen centre or Schaffhausen centre in just 20 minutes!
