Discover this peaceful haven from 1866, renovated in 2021. Nestled in the Cergnement valley, it features 6 double bedrooms, perfect for groups or families. Situated on a 5-hectare wooded pasture by the Avançon river, the chalet is self-sufficient in electricity. Hot water and heating come from the kitchen fireplace. In summer, neighboring cows graze nearby. Ideal for a serene retreat.
