Property information

Bright 70 m² apartment for 6 guests, with two bedrooms, four beds, a balcony with stunning mountain views and a private parking space. A perfect place to relax, winter or summer. The first bedroom includes a Queen bed (160 cm). The second is ideal for families and features a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm), a sofa bed, wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and all necessary dishes (no microwave). The dining/living area is cosy with excellent Wi-Fi (note: no TV). The bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and first aid kit. The apartment also has shutters for added comfort. The balcony has a dining area and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A private parking space (No. 11) is available, along with two visitor spots in the building. Shared laundry room in the basement with coin-operated washing machine (no dryer, no detergent). The apartment is half a floor above ground level (no elevator). The tourist tax must be paid after booking, as required by Swiss law. Bed linen and towels are included. Additional services available on request (with extra charge): – Baby cot and high chair – Early check-in – Late check-out – Cleaning during your stay Please inform us in advance to ensure availability.

Neighbourhood information

The building has no elevator – you’ll need to go up half a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. The main entrance door closes at 10:00 PM, so check-in must be done before that time. Guests have access to one reserved parking space. There are also two visitor parking spaces available for the entire building. A shared laundry room is located in the basement, equipped with a coin-operated washing machine (detergent not provided). There is no dryer.
