✓You will not need anything to move inside. You will have direct access to a large swimming pool, direct access to the beach from the apartment's garden/terrace. The pool is 30 meters away and the beach is 120 meters away! In case you cannot go down through the garden, you can also go down to the beach through stairs and/or funicular that is just 100 meters away. ✓ Within walking distance you can also find walking trails, restaurants, cafeteria, ATM, normal and seawater pools (x14). ✓The Puerto Velero Marina is 1 km away and less than 2 km away there is a public golf course (18 holes par 3 PP), Tennis (x10), Paddle Tennis (x4), Mini Golf (18 holes), Soccer, Multicourt, Mini Market, Gym, and area for barbecues. ✓Tongoy fishermanns wharf is 7 km away where you can access the best seafood in the area and its outstanding gastronomic offer. When booking I will give you the best information about the place. ✓The apartment has two private parking spaces, one just steps from the access to the building as well as several shared parking lots available for visitors that are distributed throughout the resort.

Neighbourhood information

• The department is for 2 people maximum (+infant). The main bedroom for 2 people in Suite with King size bed. Optionally, a pack and play cot can be placed in the master bedroom. IMPORTANT: The apartment has an additional room for up to 5 more people. Which will remain closed. It is possible to add it into the rent for an additional charge. Thus converting the apartment for a 7 people maximum capacity. • The day of your arrival will be at your own pace because you will receive precise directions to arrive and a personalized code to open the door and enter the apartment (also called autonomous arrival or self check-in). • Sheets and Towels are not included but are available for rent for a supplementary 10 usd charge per guest per stay. • By regulation of Puerto Velero, pets are not allowed, they do not allow annoying noises to the neighbors and hang clothes/towels in the garden. Barbecues are also not allowed on the terraces. For this there are quinchos available in the Los Pimientos park (less than 2 km away). • The price you will pay is the one shown, there will be no surprises.
