During the Canton Trade Fair, a free shuttle service is provided between the property and Pazhou Complex. For more information, please contact the property directly.
The restaurant will temporarily suspend dinner and room service during the service period 18:00-22:00; the specific resumption time will be determined.
Please be informed that Ascott IFC uses a storage water heating system. Should there be a brief interruption in the hot water supply, we kindly ask for your understanding and suggest waiting for approximately 20-30 minutes and then checking again for your comfortable water temperature level.
Guests staying over a month can bring pets after completing registration and signing the pet agreement, and a refundable deposit is required.
Extra beds are available for an additional charge of RMB 265 per day breakfast excluded. Breakfast is available for an extra charge of RMB 106 per day.
During the Canton Fair period from 14 April to 4 May and from 14 October to 3 November, extra beds are available for an additional charge of RMB 530 per day, breakfast excluded. Breakfast is available for an additional charge of RMB 159 per day.
