Our apartments are located in Lihaiyazhou and Deruihuayuan Buildings, the ASEAN Business District. It is a convenient area that just 5 munits walk to the subway. Good restaurants and shopping centre are nearby. Please noted： No receptionist, only accept Wechat, Alipay and Bank Transfer Payment method. 2. The booking will be comfirmed after advance payment. 3. Free for using the kitchen, but tenants need to clean it themselves. Hiring a janitor to clean the kitchen requires an additional fee.
