Please note that the property is under renovation and the swimming pool is not available from April until June 2018. Please note the property does not offer hot water. As per Colombia's tax laws, a 19% VAT will be charged to Colombian residents and nonresident that do not receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country.
