Welcome to BlueStone Residence, an exclusive and secure complex of just 3 private lofts, featuring a large pool, covered terrace, and parking. Our privileged location between Playa Conchal and Playa Flamingo, and only 1 minute from Brasilito, makes it the perfect base for exploring the area's best beaches, restaurants, and services. Traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, enjoy a unique and worry-free experience.
A modern and cozy atmosphere with everything you need to recharge after a day of beach hopping or exploration. Each loft, with its open-plan layout for 2, includes High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi internet, Air conditioning and ceiling fan, Spacious King Size bed, Full kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and coffee maker), Private covered patio with a dining table and charcoal grill, Private bathroom with hot shower and 65” 4K Smart TV with cable and Netflix. Within the residence, you’ll find a large pool next to a comfortable covered terrace, a perfect space to cool off and relax in tropical style.
The entire property is enclosed with a perimeter wall and electric gate. In addition, it features secure and exclusive parking for our guests. BlueStone Residence is surrounded by many beautiful beaches, all a short drive away. Playa Brasilito is just 1 minute away; you can walk to Playa Conchal from there in about 10 minutes. Playa Flamingo, known for its sunsets, is only 5 minutes away. Playa Potrero is 8 minutes away. Playa Penca and Playa Prieta, quieter options, are 15 minutes away. Tamarindo, with its lively atmosphere, is 25 minutes away. There are many more beaches to discover and explore nearby.
