The property is in a secure, gated, oceanside community with a beach club, spa, and restaurant less than a minute from the house. It is the ideal place to vacation and relax. The house has been modified and each floor is an apartment with its own facilities, kitchen, etc. The first floor is a 2 bedroom unit with a private pool. The second floor is accessed from the foyer and is a 3 bedroom unit with a terrace dining area and ocean views. The third floor 'penthouse' is a 1 bedroom unit with amazing views of the mountains, the ocean (specifically the great surf break from the bed) and the macaws flying around landing in the visible almendra trees. The surrounding neighborhood is where the jungle meets luxury.
I love surfing and there is a world class surf break right behind the house.
The neighborhood is amazing. There are all kinds of tours, surfing, activity, atv rentals, canopy, shopping, great restaurants.
