This property is amazing! its very open and you will experience a real beach home. 5 minute walk to an almost private beach. 10 minutes away from Playa Negra and 15 minute away from Avellanas. Perfect location to SURF. Tamarindo; Restaurant-Party area is just 30 minutes away. Start Enjoying the PURA VIDA LIFE STYLE.
