Casa a 3km de la playa con una terraza casi completa donde disfrutarás momentos mágicos al amanecer y al atardecer, ¡momentos que mejoran el estado de ánimo y que vale la pena ver! **Se requiere 4x4 para llegar** Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar la vida silvestre local, podrás observar numerosas especies de aves y monos aulladores que a menudo se pueden observar desde una distancia corta. Debido a la ubicación, a una altura de 100 metros, una ligera brisa, proveniente en su mayoría del mar del Caribe, asegura un refrescante y natural "aire acondicionado”, por ello las temperaturas son cómodas por la noche, llegando incluso hasta los 20 grados. Especialmente en las horas de la tarde se puede escuchar el oleaje del Caribe con el ruido del bosque tropical de fondo, esto potencia el ambiente natural y relajante que recuerda el verdadero significado de la frase costarricense PURA VIDA. Nuestra casa está a unos pocos pasos del reconocido centro de rescate de abejas "Api -Agricultura" (centro que se dedica al rescate de abejas sin aguijón originarias de América Central y la extracción de miel de alta calidad) Aunque está ubicada en medio de la naturaleza, Blue Maverick es de fácil acceso, los supermercados se encuentran a 1.5 kilómetros de distancia, así como una farmacia y restaurantes que vale la pena visitar. La playa más cercana es Playa Cocles, a 3 km de la propiedad, es un lugar con mucho espacio para tomar el sol, juegos y gimnasio en la playa, un lugar perfecto para surf y excelentes lugares para tomar un café o disfrutar la comida tradicional caribeña.

Cocles, located in Margarita Road, a tranquil road with several tourist projects, the house is located near to Api Agricultura, a project to protect bees, the neighborhood is very quite and charming. A 4WD car is strongly recommended, for the most adventourous a small motorcycle can make it too. Another way to move around is with taxis or tuk tuks
