Property info

Welcome to Kalawala, a four apartment complex in the heart of Puerto Viejo. The two units, one on top of a beautiful Italian bakery and the other right behind it, provide a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a terrace, A/C, and one bathroom. We will be very happy to host you during your holidays in Puerto Viejo.

Neighborhood info

The houses are in the heart of town, at a walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, and bars. A jungle trail will lead you to Cocles beach in 10 to 15 minutes. There are multiple places in the nearby area that will offer bikes and motorcycles for rent which can be used to explore the local beaches (Punta Uva, Playa Grande, Arrecife) or the local parks (Manzanillo National Park and Cahuita National Park). I personally recommend visiting the Jaguar Rescue Centre, as it is a vital player in the protection of wildlife in the province of Talamanca. they offer public and private tours in their facilities and private reserve.
