This cozy, modern and very light two bedroom apartment is located 1 minute walk from the beach Praia da Laginha. When entering the apartment, you will find a very bright living room with large sliding doors to the balcony. The modern fully equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. It separates the living room with the dining area, which has a modern oval wooden table with 6 chairs. The 2 bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with comfortable walk-in showers, one of which has a bath. This apartment is perfect for four people. An extra bed can be added for a fifth person at an additional charge. We provide clean sheets and towels. Beach Towels are not included. There is a washing machine available. You don’t have to worry about staying in touch with loved ones as there is Wi-Fi available.
The apartment is located in the Ex-Edilter (Châ de Alecrim) district, a 1-minute walk from Praia da Laginha beach and northern end of the Avenida Marginal, which runs along the port of Mindelo to the city Centre. There is a small supermarket near the apartment where you can buy the basic necessities.
