The fine print
Please be aware that construction is around the premises between February 2024 and Febuary 2026. While the nuisance might differ per day, please keep this in mind before booking. To compensate, we have reduced our prices to allow you to experience The Reef at Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort for a very attractive price.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Reef - Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of US$300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
