More than anything, I appreciate social interactions in life. My philosophy is that a day is not over before a social gathering with family, friends or beloved ones, after hard work. Holidays are an important aspect of life since they encourage us to spend quality time with our significant ones, whilst creating memories that form our personality. Personally, I'm passionate about Economics and Business, which my degree is based on. It is therefore my pleasure to host luxurious studios at Eclectic Business & Leisure. Providing a memorable experience to our guests is a non-negotiable requirement for my self-fulfilment.

We offer an ideal experience of Leisure or Business stay. Underground Private Parking area owned by Eclectic Business & Leisure, as well as Wi-Fi are offered to our guests for free. We freely provide the essentials for you to prepare your breakfast, coffee, tea or juice within each studio, according to the most recent hygiene standards. City centre, Makariou avenue and Old town hosting the most popular cafes, restaurants, shops, nightlife venues are all within walking distance from Eclectic Business & Leisure. It is our pleasure to make the experience of our residents as special as it gets. Keep in mind that you will receive great personal service as we match your needs and high expectations. We will advise you on what to do and what not to do in the capital, since hosts are well aware of all aspects of a day or a night in Nicosia.

Neighbourhood information

Beside the fact that our studios are located in the heart of the city within walking distance from the city's spectacles and busiest avenues, it is found in one of the most prestigious and polite neighbourhoods of the country, in which two former presidents of Cyprus used to live with their families their whole lives. City Centre is very easily and quickly reachable on foot, including Makariou Avenue, Ledras street and the picturesque Old town. The central bus station is as well within walking distance from our residence, which may facilitate your trips to other cities, such as Larnaka, Limassol, Protaras, Ayia Napa or Paphos.
