Built in 2024, the 3 bedroom home feels just like a home away from home. There is a beach which is within walking distance, although the property is in a residential area, it is close to shops, bars, and the location is also easy for deliveries.
Germasogeia is a lovely neighbourhood, very safe and has lots of friendly locals of different cultural backgrounds.
