This stylish place is perfect for short or medium time rentals, few minutes from Nicosia center. Grocery stores, restaurants and cafes are few meters away. American Heart Center is also nearby. There is fast WIFI and HD Cable TV with 100+ channels on 55" smart TV.

Being in a residential neighborhood, this place has the advantage of peaceful living. Linear Park of Strovolos is a 5min walk. Easy access to a public transport for the city center and other universities.
