We provide all our guests with a clean, comfortable place to stay in a good location, to use as a base to explore Nicosia historic centre, the wonderful and exciting Troodos mountain region and the sunny beaches of Larnaca and Protaras. The place is fully furnished and equipped with the latest technology air conditioner. The Studio has a lockable door and you get your own set of keys. Guests have full access to the studio at all times. There is private parking free of charged. The bedroom has a good size to accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. As you can see from the photos, in the bedroom there is a double bed, a sofa bed, flat screen digital TV, a wardrobe, a desk and a small dining table where you will be able to study or enjoy your meal. Clean and private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. Toiletries we provide include: shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. We also provide towels, hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, water kettle, toaster, silverware, plates and other amenities (No Oven, No Hot plates, No Veranta).

The apartment is located on a very friendly street with all amenities within walking distance, cafes, take-away food stores, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets. Just 30 minutes bus ride from Nicosia historic center. Take the number 157 bus from or towards Nicosia. The bus station is only 1 minute walk away. Also direct access by car to the highway towards Limassol, Larnaca, and Troodos. Nicest beaches of Larnaca and Protaras are only 35 to 45 minutes drive.
